PRODUCTION ARTIST/GRAPHIC DESIGNERWe are seeking a talented and experienced graphics artist to create and manage product artwork, catalogs, packaging, collateral material, and web sites. This position will be responsible for the entire art creation process from pencil sketches to press checks and everything in between. Skills required include traditional paper & pencil drawing, cartooning, and 2D art creation on a Mac using common third-party art development tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, PageMaker, etc.) The candidate must be able to work from licensor style guides and take product photos. HTML a plus. Portfolio samples required. MARKETING ASSISTANTWe are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented marketing assistant to assist CEO & VP Sales in executing sales and marketing programs. This position will undertake telemarketing, trade show, direct mail, and other marketing tasks. Excellent phone manner, written communication skills, and sales abilities required. Giftware market knowledge a plus. Must know Word/Excel. BOOKKEEPER, FULL CHARGEWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented full-charge bookkeeper to maintain accurate and timely financial information using Quickbooks, Excel and other software systems. Extensive Quickbooks experience required. Audit and tax experience a plus. Flexible hours.
